Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. celebrates the spirit of Calle Ocho with mini events throughout February and March at select Miami stores. Shoppers will have the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon of activities including a special, live cooking demonstration by renowned Chef Pepin featuring easy Kraft Food recipes such as fresh tilapia tacos, black bean salad with grilled plantains and decadent triple chocolate cookie balls. In addition to the cooking demonstrations, event attendees will also enjoy Coca-Cola sampling, live entertainment, face painting and more.
Visit the Winn-Dixie Family Zone located on 25th Avenue and SW 8th Street at Calle Ocho, on Sat., March 11, from noon to 5 p.m. for live entertainment, face painting, cupcake decorating, product sampling, giveaways and more.
