ABSOLUT has created yet another new city-inspired vodka; this time around our very own Miami has been proofed and bottled; ABSOLUT MIAMI is infused with the flavors and essence of passionfruit and orange blossom. ABSOLUT MIAMI is a part of the limited edition ABSOLUT city-inspired collection. ABSOLUT VODKA celebrated the launch of ABSOLUT MIAMI with a blowout party held at none other than the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach on the ocean lawn; it may not have been your typical South Beach “dusk to dawn” party but the SOBE lifestyle credo was intact as ABSOLUT MIAMI paid homage to its new namesake city spirit known for its progressive and eccentric take on creative processes. The eponymous cocktails that were served oceanside were ABSOLUT MIAMI Mojitos and ABSOLOUT MIAMI South Beach Breezes. Didn’t make the party? Launch party invite got lost in the mail? ABSOLUT MIAMI MOJITO
1.5 Parts ABSOLUT MIAMI
1 Part Simple Syrup
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
5 – 6 Mint Leaves
Top with Soda (about 1 oz)
In a mixing glass gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice. Add ABSOLUT MIAMI and ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
ABSOLUT MIAMI SOUTH BEACH BREEZE
2 parts ABSOLUT MIAMI
1.5 Part Fresh Orange Juice
1.5 Parts Fresh Pineapple Juice
Build over ice in a highball glass, and stir. Garnish with a pineapple spear and lime wedge.
